Benefits Information

Please see below some important information regarding your benefits with specifics for payments and contact information.

  • Trustmark: If you are enrolled in the voluntary Trustmark benefit plans, you will continue to be responsible for any payments associated with those plans. You have the option to port your plans from the payroll deduction process and personally manage the payments for those plans at any time. You have 90 days to make payments otherwise your plans will terminate. For instructions on how to port your Trustmark plans, please contact Customer Care at 800-918-8877 or customercare@trustmarkbenefits.com. Customer care professionals are available M-F from 8:00AM to 7:00PM ET. You can also call Winston Benefits at 855-393-3604 for payment instructions, M-F from 8:30AM to 8:00PM ET.
  • Discovery: If you are enrolled in the Discovery Benefits Commuter plans, you may choose to modify or cancel those plans. If you would like to make changes to these plans, please contact Winston Benefits Customer Care at 855-393-3604, M-F from 8:30AM to 8:00PM ET.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision: Your company-sponsored health benefits will continue, despite shutdowns or unemployment claims. As a reminder, Knighted will continue to pay the employee premium deductions that are typically deducted from your paycheck for those who were actively on payroll prior to the shutdown until April 30th without a lapse in coverage or a retro-pay requirement once you return to work. The first employee deduction paid by Knighted will reflect on your paycheck for April 3rd. We will share details on how to make payments past April 30th at a later date as we are still working with providers to try and figure out a solution to this issue.
  • Winston Benefits: You should have received information regarding Winston Benefits, our new benefits enrollment provider. Please visit www.myknightedbenefits.com to get started and login.
